Mission

The main mission as an Association of Innovative Enterprise (AEI), promoted by Insignia Empresarial, is to create synergies between the Information and Communications Technology companies and all members of the cluster.

Insignia Empresarial, as an AEI, is open to the participation of Canarian companies that offer their services within the ICT sector, as well as collaborating institutions such as Universities, Technology Centers and the Public Administration. It also counts on those companies that, despite not operate in the ICT sector, can add value to the group.

Insignia Empresarial initially develops its activity in the Canary Islands scope, but with the aim of expanding its work outside the archipelago.

It aims to:

• Enhance entrepreneurship initiative in society.
• Encourage the creation of new companies and business growth.
• Increase innovation capacity and knowledge transfer.
• Boost the internationalization of products and services developed in the projects promoted by the cluster
• Increase investments in R & D & I in the ICT sector
• Channel the submission of proposal for regional, national and European programs.
• Promote, from the Canary Islands, innovative projects in the ICT sector

Vision

The vision of Cluster Insignia Empresarial is to become a reference in ICT sector in the Canary Islands, raising the companies' technological culture; stimulating the skill and creativity of its members; developing innovative technologies for the benefit of society and contributing to the transition to knowledge economy.
